Ingredients:
- 600 g of mashed potato
- 125 g of worn cuil. Emmenthal cheese
- 2 soup spoon of flour
- 1 egg
- nutmeg peppers
- salt
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the mashed potato and the worn Emmenthal cheese.
Add the flour, the egg, the salt, the pepper and the worn nutmeg.
Mix.
Make warm the olive oil in a frying pan .
Put down a soup spoon of mashed potato.
Give up slightly with a fork to form pancakes.
Cook on average fire on both faces during 5 minutes until they are brown well.
Serve warmly.
